Nubia Barahona, Gabriel Myers, Michael Owens and thousands of other children come quickly to mind as examples of the crocodile tears that are spilled by media once the kid is in a box and they can sell the story. Try to get their attention BEFORE the hammer drops on the kids head, and you are facing a brick wall of silence and complicity in the childrens suffering.
Going after CPS and CASA is a dangerous thing for these people to do, and only when it is "Safe" for them to do so, will they actually ask the hard questions and dig for the REAL facts rather than simply regurgitate the party line as spewed by the baby sellers and abusers known as Child "Protective" Services. Once they have a body, the shark attack can begin, but what good does that do for the kid in the morgue?
Emma Routh isn't dead yet, but she needs your help to try to save her life before CPS, CASA and the Texas Court kills her. It's that simple.
Emma Routh is a 5 year old child who has the great misfortune of living in Texas. She has Franconia Anemia, a rare blood disorder that effects one person in every three million.
The only facility in the U.S. that gave her an excellent chance of defeating her disease was Boston Children's Hospital where she would need to undergo a bone marrow transplant. This was accomplished successfully and Emma returned home.
Because Emma's condition is so rare, the hospital in Boston wanted Emma's mother to agree to allow them to do "Research" on Emma, and wanted her to return to Boston Childrens on a regular basis, something that Medicaid would not pay for, Texas would not pay for, and Boston Childrens would not pay for. Emma's mother did not have the means to travel to Mass. every few month's, and refused. Boston Childrens Hospital then called Texas CPS and CASA and charged Emma's mother with "Medical neglect". Emma and her brothers were then put in foster care and Emma was made available for "Research".
Emma was placed with her paternal grandparents. They immediately took out a life insurance policy on the little girl and are being paid by the State of Texas who immediately took over Emma's SSI and Medicaid accounts. Emma is no longer receiving the drugs she needs to avoid rejection of the bone marrow transplant she received because it would "Interfere" with the "Research" that they are now conducting on the child. Emma was put in public school despite her weakened immune system. Emma lives with people who smoke in the house. Emma is living with an HIV Positive grandparent. Emma is dying.
Like Nubia Barahona, once she dies, the ghouls are going to be asking "How could this have happened? Why didn't anybody stop it?".
Emma and her brothers need to be returned to their mother. Emma needs to receive the drugs that will help her body accept the transplant she was given. Emma needs to stop being used as a Guinea pig for the medical community and a piggy bank for CPS, CASA and her Paternal grandparents.
Somebody needs to wake the "Judge" in her case up and she either needs to substantiate abuse or neglect, or return the children to their mother immediately. Somebody in media needs to grow a pair and start asking the REAL questions before Emma ends up in a box.
SO HOW CAN YOU HELP?
If the light of publicity is off, the "Judge" will merely wash her hands of Emma and allow her to die alone without her mother. We ask that that NOT HAPPEN. If this "Judge" kills Emma, she needs to do it front and center, standing tall and proud of her accomplishment. We ask that you let this "Judge" and CPS know that the whole world is watching Palestine, Texas. Please contact the following media outlets and let them know you want them to start asking the HARD questions concerning this atrocity.
