It seems to me that before you violate something, there has to BE something to violate. When it comes to either "peace" or "dignity", talking about anything Texas is an oxymoron. As for example:
7 Mormons were recently sent to prison for up to 75 years apiece for practicing their Religion within the Borders of Texas, something that was made illegal in Texas in 2005 by a bigot named Harvey Hilderbran. Once Harvey found out that the Mormons engaged in the same practices with "Children" that his beloved Texans had been doing since day one of his "Republic", he wrote a new Law banning the Mormons from stealing any Texas chicken from the good old boys. Any read of the Legislative discussions surrounding Harveys pogrom against the Mormons makes clear his intentions of Religious persecution, but they do what they want in Texas, notwithstanding anything that silly old "Constitution" has to say about it. After all, this is Texas, "A whole nuther Country!".
Harveys new anti Mormon Law has been sitting on the books ever since, and now, exactly 7 men have been tried and convicted under this "New Law", ALL naturally Mormons. In the meantime, it's business as usual for the good old boys who have a regular baby boom going on in the San Angelo Independent School Districts classrooms. If the chick is old enough to bleed, she's probably been popped a time or two.
This is in today's Standard-Times; see if you can understand just exactly how this guy was even around to be able to pop the second "Child":
SAN ANGELO, Texas — Seven hours after jury selection began in the Tom Green County Courthouse, attorneys selected a jury to hear the case of a San Angelo man accused of indecency with a child.
A false bomb threat called in to the courthouse stalled proceedings almost three hours Wednesday as potential jurors were asked to report back every hour or so. Jurors were seated about 4:10 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in Courtroom A.
Opening arguments will begin this morning in Courtroom D under the direction of 340th District Judge Jay Weatherby.
San Angelo attorney Shawntell McKillop is expected to represent Ray Corona, 32, who faces life in prison on an enhanced second-degree felony charge.
Corona was indicted on two counts of indecency with a child, sexual contact, according to an indictment filed in May. An enhancement paragraph of the indictment states Corona was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in August 2003. The offense was a first-degree felony.
According to court documents filed in the criminal clerk's office, Corona received deferred adjudication on the assault charge in March 1998. He was sentenced to five years probation. In October 2000, a motion to revoke was filed, and Corona's probation was continued.
(Aggravated Sexual Assualt of a Child, a 1st Degree Felony, and he gets Probation? Did they give him a box of condoms too? How about a map to the High School?)
District attorneys filed another motion in 2002 to revoke on Corona's aggravated assault case, and he was sentenced to seven years prison in August 2003.
(Another Motion, another rape)
According to the indecency indictment, Corona was accused of causing sexual contact between himself and a girl younger than 17 on or about Jan. 31, 2010.
First Assistant District Attorney Allison Palmer is prosecuting the current case.
Attorneys on Wednesday asked prospective jurors whether they would be able to not judge a person based on a prior conviction and what type of evidence they would look for in this type of case.
They were also asked if it had crossed their mind that Corona was responsible for the bomb threat that was called in earlier in the day.
After reading jurors their instructions, Weatherby recessed the courtroom until 9 a.m.
This boy just couldn't keep his hands off the chicken, and he STILL gets 7 years. (Notice they don't tell you how long he actually spent in prison. He was eligible for Parole after 1 (One) year.)
Can somebody show me some "Peace and Dignity" here?
Is there some kind of a difference between a Texans penis and a Mormons? Do Texas girls like Texas penises and are terrified of Mormon ones? Is Harvey terrified that children born of a Mormon man are going to be raised Mormon and over run his little whorehouse?
